The store manager Kelsey and associate Jacob Melton were extremely helpful! I highly recommend this store location to anyone needing phone help. They were able to solve the issues I was having with my bill and were very patient and kind throughout the whole process! Cannot say enough good things about this location and their employees.
I truly hope that AT&T realizes what a gem they have in their Retail Sales Consultant, Calvin E. @the University Town Center location. The man is an actual king, with the patience of a saint. He demonstrated a strong knowledge of the product and services available, as well as company policies. He literally taught my elderly mother how to use an iPhone for the 1st time without once losing his composure, and gave us the confidence that we were in extremely good hands. Thanks Calvin E., for making a very stressful situation feel like a light, pleasant experience.
