I've been renting my house out through Asurent for 6 years and am happy we chose them. I moved to Northern Oregon for work and rented out my house on my own to a "friend" who couldn't make all his monthly payments and left my house trashed. After having to drive 4.5 hours a few times to clean up and fix problems, we decided we didn't have time to manage our house on our own. We interviewed with a few property management companies and, Asurent was the only company that seemed like they cared about their reputation and providing the services they offer. We setup a profile as to whom we'd like to rent our house and being on our second tenant in six years, the house has been well taken care of. I'm just getting around to writing this review, because it's been going great and we haven't had to worry about anything, other than when an appliance goes out, but even then, they have options available for you, so it can be taken care of as you see fit. Great company and great people.
