Cody, was Punctual, courteous,, knowledgeable, quick and assessed several issues in my condo in short order. He arrived within the time promised and completed all services in to rapid succession. He replaced one toilet, completely rebuilt two toilets, replaced the drain in a bathroom vanity sink, and the hoses for a washing machine, then a complete inspection of all other appliances, removed and disposed of the old toilet in two hours, in a manner that appeared effortless, that’s when you know a tradesman knows his craft, when they make it look effortless. For the agreed upon price that I will say was more than reasonable compared to other estimates I got from the competition. I’ve been in the trades myself for over 45 years, current health prohibited me from tackling the project myself, having said that it doesn’t take but a little time and conversion to spot a trades man that know what he’s doing and Cody fits the bill.
