Arjen was referred to us by Zillow and honestly I don't think there is a better real estate agent out there. He was very open and honest and told us upfront what the process, and time frame, for buying was. He gave us real expectations and focused on both of our needs were, mine being distance to work and the monthly budget. Once we found a house that met all of our needs he advised us in the negotiations and gave excellent advice. He was never pushy and never came across as someone just trying to get a commission. Looking at houses with him felt more like car shopping with a friend. Towards the end of the purchase my Wife and I ended up in the hospital and as soon as Arjen was aware he took care of everything including making sure repairs got done, and writing up an extension for the sale in case our hospital stay was longer than anticipated. To me this was above and beyond and at a time when we really needed the help.
