I highly recommend American Pride Concrete! My new driveway, sidewalk, walkway, steps and front porch pad are beautiful. Gary is very precise and detail oriented and explained every aspect of the project. His communication is exceptional, with frequent updates about the timeline and double checking with me about specific details. Most of the time I was at work while they worked on the project, but even my neighbor texted me to tell me how impressed she was with how hardworking they were!
If I could give a 6th star, I would. Gary and his team at American Pride Concrete are the most professional and meticulous contractors I've ever worked with, and in the hardware business I'm in, I've dealt with A LOT of them. From the moment of appraisal and quoting, I knew this would be a business I wanted to work with. Gary did a wonderful job of educating me on the scope work that would be required, and gave a realistic timetable and metrics to that work.
Gary's team gives the love and attention to detail to the job, and it shows in their work. Our property has never looked more beautiful, and I never once worried while they were on the job that the work was going to be anything less than spectacular. The staircase, which had been a nightmare before, looks so incredible that it brought my wife to tears when she first saw it finished.
