Jake answered his phone right away. He also called back to schedule our appointment as soon as he got to the office per his word! Because the water heater wS out in winter he put us on the schedule for the next day! The water heater was replaced during covid 19 quickly efficiently and safely. Can’t say enough good about the customer service and reliability. Thank you Jake! Thank you Always! Highly recommend!.
