Dr. Rana is warm, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The pediatric medical assistant we typically see there is also very kind and knowledgeable.
However, at our last visit, the training MA blamed me for incorrectly measuring my son’s height and did his booster shot incorrectly and painfully. She seemed completely foreign to the field of pediatrics.
I love this office! Our kids have seen all of the doctors at one time or another and all have been great. Dr. Lathan, Dr. Skouby, and Dr. Rana truly listen to parents and their concerns when they come into visits. I always feel like I can ask any questions and get a well researched and thought out response. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming.
