AC Tileworks

Working with Austin and his team was great. We had them redo our entire first floor to bring it up to date. They removed our tile, slate, and wood from the floor, then they laid more updated tile, slate and wood back down. They were very thorough, responsible, punctual, responsive, and just plain wonderful to work with! We always knew where we were in the queue (yes, there is a queue), and we wish more people and companies were as customer-centric as AC Tileworks. They continually asked if we were happy and if we wanted to change anything - mid-stream! The work was top-notch and incredible. The end result was better than we imagined! Pictures attached. They took no shortcuts - they did it right even on the smallest things. We loved how they cleaned up after themselves after each day so we did not have a mess in the evening and morning to contend with. They were upfront with the quote and stuck to it 100%. The only thing we would change if we could do this all over again with all the knowledge we now have...we would have called AC Tileworks sooner.

Austin and his crew did a fantastic job with our remodel. It was delayed just a day or two but when your appendix rupture and you need emergency surgery it is very easy to overlook. I still am shocked how he was able to still show up with his crew and finish the project in time. I would highly recommend Austin and his great crew to do work for you every day of the week. Thanks again and glad your feeling better Kevin and Danielle

We hired Austin and his crew at the recommendation of my other contractor and I am so glad that I did. Austin’s professionalism and expertise is second to none. And he is a great guy on top of it! Austin was upfront about the services, pricing, payment schedule, and very punctual. The quality of work and attention to detail is impressive. Highly recommend.
