I was never exactly sure which business I was dealing with. It is a little confusing to deal with a company in 3 company locations along with Lowe's. The installation of the heat pump system is completely installed in one very long workday for the installers. Samuel Swan and Preston Pearl worked diligently to get it installed. We had a great experience working with Nathan Wilson. He arrived on time at the earliest spot for the time range given and was very professional. He gave us all our options and did not pressure us for anything we didn't need. He worked quickly and had my garage door back up and in working order quickly and correctly. He made sure my motor sensor was reset from the failure and fixed everything that was needed. I will definitely give Absolute Services a call in the future if I have any other garage door issues. The technicians like Nathan are also local and it makes it for a nice experience when getting to work with folks in your community.
