I worked with Mirabel Rodriguez to purchase insurance for both my car and my condominium. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the issues involved and the available discounts, and responsive to my communications, and questions. We had several phone conversations and email exchanges with quotes before I opted to go into the ABI office to sign the paperwork in person once all the decisions had been made. It was so nice to have the personal contact with an agent, as opposed to navigating phone menus and talking to someone different each time I called an insurance company.
