In the middle of August, I immediately noticed when I came home from work ~7PM and my AC wasn’t working. I immediately called the number on my unit and someone picked up within 2 rings and directed me to the technician on call. That technician was very communicative, telling me that he was at another customers house and would call me when he was finished with an ETA, which he followed through on. They got to my house around 9PM and quickly diagnosed the problem—a faulty wire to the capacitor—and promptly changed it with noticeable improvement in the air circulation. The whole process took 20 minutes. I am very pleased with my experience!
