Your poor young girls at the front desk lack pertinent training in customer service and professionalism. Their lack of training and understanding of their positions makes it impossible to have a great patron to business relationship. Its not their fault… Keep Reading, they need to understand empathy and professionalism. I will tell everybody about my negative experience with your unaware staff. Terrible experience with amateurs who desperately need training on empathy, customer service, and business practices. It makes your doctors look very bad and arrogant.
