The Cary Downtown Farmers Market has been getting fresh since 1996! Today it hosts local farmers from within a 100 mile radius of downtown Cary. These growers stick to environmental best practices, using minimal fertilizers and chemicals, including no post-harvest chemicals. And, they practice responsible methods of raising meat animals, and near-organic methods of growing crops. In addition to local farmers, you’ll also get to discover and sample the products of local artisans such as coffee roasters, bakers, and craftsmen. Located at 160 E.
