We purchased a home that needed to have about half of the windows replaced due to the original, 20-year-old builder ones having broken seals. We decided to just go ahead and replace all of the windows. Luckily, our searches for a reliable company led us to Woodruff Windows. Lyndol worked with with us to select quality windows at an extremely reasonable/competitive price. Fast forward to the installation - I have never had to have windows replaced in a home before, but was quite impressed. The team was noticeably experienced/skilled at what they do. They were able to get what we expected to be a 3+ day job done in two days. That included removal of the existing ~20 windows and installation of new ones in a two story home. The crew (Larry and friends) were extremely friendly to boot. The only issue we had was that two of the glass panels had some kind of artifact in them and had to be replaced. This was no fault of Woodruff though, and they were quick to coordinate with the glass provider to have replacements installed free of charge within a week of the installation. The office staff (Kristina and Liz) were super helpful in getting this taken care of and keeping us in the loop throughout the process! Overall, Woodruff Windows made a large project that we were dreading because we had no previous experience with an extremely smooth process. Our installation was completed about 3 months ago now and we are floored with the quality of the work and how great they look - as well as the noticeable impact on our energy bill! I would definitely recommend Woodruff Windows to anyone who is looking to have windows replaced.
