I just purchased a home from Wendy Birchfield from Wendermere Newport. She is far and away the best realtor I've ever worked with. She really looked out for my interests, recommended a special inspection that wound up saving me on repairs, and answered all of my questions quickly and completely. Her recommendations from everything from inspectors to contractors, to veterinarians have been spot on- everyone thorough and honest. She's kind, easy to talk to, and not hard sell- she really cares about her work and her clients and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area.
