I purchased my sofa from this store, it felt so expensive and then they recommended adding a treatment to the fabric to prevent it from staining. I went ahead and did it because it was a light color. I have to say I am so happy they recommended it! This morning I spilled a half a cup of coffee on the cushion and with a towel we just wiped it up. Not only is there no stain left behind but after we wiped it up, you could not even feel where it had been wet. You get what you pay for. I recommend this company.
My wife and I have had great service every time we go to Wilson's. Almost every time we have been helped by Christine! She is very helpful and not in your face with trying to get a sale. She will ask you questions to find out what you want, give you a tour, show you the differences in the products etc...The most recent experience was especially good as we found a product on sale at a competitors. The catch was it was 8+ weeks to get it and we needed it much sooner if possible. We paid Christine a visit and she was able to match the price and she said she could get the product (Flex Steel couch and recliners) in 4 week! It was a pleasant surprise when she called 2.5 weeks later and the product arrived. Cory delivered the couch and recliners and was very professional and efficient. He discovered that the couch was not the couch we ordered after unloading it! This was not a problem as he left the couch ( a love seat) and ~2 weeks later brought the correct couch. It is shocking how much stuff they have in what looks like a small building from the outside (just an optical illusion). We will definitely purchase more furniture from here and will send people their way. It is worth the drive from Bend!
