Grant was extremely thorough and really took the time to walk us through every little detail of the inspection. I would HIGHLY recommend him, especially if you’re a first time home buyer because a lot of it was new information for us to digest. Grant’s report was extremely detailed and easy to understand. I really appreciated the way he explains repairs that are higher priority versus things that can be maintained over time. I also really appreciated his willingness to provide us with helpful advice along the way. Home inspections aren’t cheap but I am so glad we got one - and Grant’s work is well worth it. Truly one of the best purchases while you shop for a home.
