He was one of the original doctors who established WFMC in the mid 90's, and I went with him to the then new clinic. I have had great experiences with various staff over the years. Can't wait to get my kids out of this hellhole, my daughter is on meds regularly and whenever she needs a refill, they make us wait weeks making her all confused. Doctor is out on vacation, or town, always. You can't mess with patients and their meds. Shame on you

I have transferred my family out of this clinic! My hipaa rights have been broken more then once along with other patients. I spoke to a manager about the issue they said they would take care of it and we'll it has not been taken care of cuz it is still happening. I will never recommend this clinic again!!!!!!!

Rahwa Gessese is amazing! She did a spectacular job at: answering my questions, being attentive and showing empathy. She seemed to truly care about me as an individual. I would recommend her to anyone. Bottom line: 5 stars for Rahwa.

My daughter, (who is scared of needles) is now getting vaccinations that she already had because they did not document them the first time. This us ythe 2nd time this has happened. When I questioned them about this, the staff are rude. They act like I don't know what I'm talking about.
