We had a very difficult, unusual sale of our duplex. We started with a legal challenge involving a Tennant. It took an entire year to complete the task. This team was amazing to work with and assist in getting this property sold. I don't believe just anyone could have helped us navigate the legalities that it required. I highly recommend Dave and his team. You will not be disappointed! The professionalism, knowledge, and execution was above and beyond any realtor I have ever worked with.
