We took our RV to Wagner five months ago after we initially scheduled an appointment with another truck repair and had to wait two weeks to get seen. Fortunately, we discovered our new RV in fact had a CAT engine and were given Wagner's name as an authorized servicer. Not only did they call us back within the hour, they told us to bring the RV in immediately and they would work us in. We held our breath, because we anticipated our repair bill would mount in the thousands of dollars or at least the minimum $500 the other place was planning to charge us just to look at it. The entire team gave us quick, friendly, and competent service every step of the way. After running the diagnostics, they determined that we needed two new fuel filters. Within an hour, they had them replaced, we happily paid the $150.38 we owed them, and we were on the road again--very happy customers. I would definitely recommend the Wagner team if you have an RV or truck with a CAT diesel in need of qualified, competent repair. They were a pleasure to work with.
