My experience with VCA was exceptional! Dr. Katie Smith goes above and beyond to care for my fur baby and I am so grateful to her for providing the best care possible. Everyone in the practice is knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking veterinary care.
VCA Parkway is amazing. Helen helped me book (and cancel) several appointments for a feral I tried to catch (unsuccessful in the end) before I moved to Garner. Her positivity kept me from tears when I had to call and cancel after he escaped the trap. Then she was able to squeeze me in for a new feral I caught 4 days after moving. Dr. Smith took great care of our feral, Corey, and provided a lot of information about taking care of him (hopefully indoors forever) and the other ferals outside. I hope to begin trapping the other ferals soon. :)
