Jared is the best! We were not sure that we could qualify for a mortgage yet, and Jared worked TIRELESSLY to make it happen. He came up with multiple strategies to make us fit the qualifications, and it worked because WE BOUGHT A HOUSE! Jared was great to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and always accessible. If I ever had a question (which happened frequently!), Jared had the answer, usually within minutes.
