I am an Electronics professional going to college for Computer Engineering. I decided to take a hiatus from the contract work to focus on my studies, so I did some part time work here. Imagine my surprise that the low to mid level management was far and above more professional than most of my previous employers; Low level managers addressing issues presented by mid-level managers while also protecting the workers from the flak of politics, while promoting positive culture and retraining when presenting issues. It is strange that a small security office can find and retain such talent where the rest of my fortune 500 clientele could not? This speaks to the strengths of the upper management as well. - If you are a college student looking for some part time work above the min-wage internship opportunities offered at your university, this is a workspace that will allow you to engage your studies between rounds while offering supportive management and a little exercise. 10/10 for entry level work roles.
