Today's Auto a Class Act!
Word of mouth is generally the way you hear about the Best Places. This was certainly true in my recent dealings with today's auto body! I had heard great news from my brother and my best friend and my experience was all they said it would be and more. My first contact was with Audrey the receptionist and control central who was kind, well spoken , Pleasant, Super efficient and thorough. A pleasure to deal with. My second contact was with Frank who was in charge of overseeing the men in the shop he greeted me kindly & came outside right away and checked out my vehicle. He assured me not to worry and that I would have my car back in a timely way and that I would be pleased with the job to be done. He was more than helpful offered me a ride but that was not necessary as Audrey had already taken care of my rental car details so I was able to grab the car and go.Within a few days I got a call from Frank saying the car was ready! A few days on a fairly substantial job I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it was done. When I got there again Frank again gave me his immediate attention & took me outside and showed me with pride the work that had been done. Frank pointed out one of their "body men" named Omar who just happened to be at the edge of the shop seeing my pleased expression at the job well done. I gave him The two thumbs up and he smiled and nodded with appreciation and pride.
I forgot to mention for my convenience when I was done with the rental car I was able to leave it with them , Saving me a trip to the rental dealer. I was more than pleased with the work done my car was back to shiny and new and it was like having The excitement of a new car again. they even washed it and vacuumed it so that it was a pleasure to hop in to a clean car which was super nice. I thanked them very much and my friend for tipping me off to such a great operation. In a service business of my own I can tell when individuals in a team care to make the whole experience a success and today's auto body was A great example of such a company. I would recommend it to anybody without hesitation. Great job to all thank you!
