Best Service Ever. My Mercedes had a mystery problem - Martin was able to diagnose and repair it - and it’s running better than ever. It was a more extensive repair than I had hoped but he honored the original price quote. I had daily communication and updates with nearly instant replies to messages. Martin was very accommodating and understanding. They also take financing through a third party, if you need it. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.
I have had my car for 15 months now and the most work I have had done on it was replacing my tires. I just moved to Tempe a couple months ago and needed to get my car looked at because it was rattling when I drove it and my tire was starting to wear out again. I called TMC and got an answer on the second ring. I spoke with Martin who is probably the nicest guy I've ever talked to! He was so friendly and got straight to the point. He has great customer service. I was unable to get a ride back to them (which luckily I only live 5 minutes away) so he got me a ride back to the shop a few days later when they were done and now all of my problems are gone! I got my tires replaced from a separate place since they do not work on tires there, but the rattling is gone and now I feel much more comfortable driving my car. Martin is also great with communication I must add. This place is great! And doesn't seem over priced compared to other mechanics I have heard about.
