My partner and I bought our first house with Thom and cannot recommend him enough! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. He took the time to explain and prepare us for every step and was always available for questions. I found him by searching “LGBTQ friendly realtor”. It was important to us to work with someone we felt safe and comfortable with. Thom came up in the results with an additional note of being a transgender safe space. Thom is simply the best. We heard a lot of realtor horror stories from friends and family when we began this process and have told them all, Call Thom next time!
