Guys are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Got rats? Forget all other baits and replace with their own formula: Loganberry bait. It's 100% effective with snap traps in my experience (attic)

I cannot brag enough about the customer service. I personally dealt with Patrick, and although he was the best of the best, I’m sure anyone here is just as amazing. Patrick assisted me about 2 months ago and was not only educational but he treated me like a human and not his next sale. At the time I was under contract with another company but he was still willing to answer any question I had. I left the store empty handed but very knowledgeable. Fast forward to now, an emergency situation came up and Patrick was the first person to come to my mind (yes I even remembered his name). Even with leaving the store empty handed, he left an impression on me that will now make me a repeat customer. Can’t thank him enough for the customer service he offered. It’s very rare to get that nowadays.
