The staff went above and beyond. The valet always greeted us promptly with a smile and were incredibly helpful. They even put a little stuffed lamb in my sons carseat. Complimentary bottled water, French press coffee and the food from Roam was amazing! Best room service breakfast I’ve ever had! We were in town with our 1 year old son over the New Years holiday and was a little concerned about the noise but you could not hear a thing from the street below and you couldn’t even hear the other hotel guests. We all slept amazing and my husband loved the pillow menu. 10/10 will definitely be back
The Oxford is one of the many hotels in downtown Bend. It's close to the visitors center and right on one of the main streets, so its very easy to get to but also to go to other places from. Parking is in the garage right behind it so not too far of a walk and $10 per day (don't be fooled by the signs, you can park overnight according to the hotel concierge). The staff here are great, very friendly, always around, and have good recommendations for places to go. They have a restaurant in the lobby, a gym and spa and hot tub on the 7th floor and extra bathrooms near the piano bar downstairs. The rooms are massive, very clean, and recently remodeled. Reserve ahead of time by a few months if possible since it gets very busy here. Would definitely go again next time we're in Bend.
