I went in to the Lawrenceville location to purchase a grill for my husband's birthday. They didnt have a boxed one available. Hailey called and confirmed that they had one at the Suwanee store. At the Suwanee store, Chandler helped me load the grill into my cart and also put it into my car. Great service!
All the employees at the Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd location were very friendly, very helpful and they went out of their way to get me a product that wasn't on the shelf. They brought it out on a forklift. Customer service was courteous and professional. I didn't wait too long compared to the store in Hamilton Mill where they told me to wait for someone who never showed up. I left after waiting fifteen minutes.
