Everyone at Ted Ferry is very nice and clearly cares about the customers! They’re friendly and helpful no matter what the question is and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs insurance.

When I call, I always try to talk to Alex. He has been the best representative I have had in all my experience when dealing with insurances. He saved me money and is always polite and great to talk to.

I didn't actually go there. I talked to an agent on the phone. But, I ended up purchasing a policy. I was very happy with the coverage and the price!
These guys are the real deal!!! Alex took such good care of us and helped answer all of our questions. They not only served us with honesty and integrity but they also saved us money and got us way better coverage! If you need help or have questions about any of your insurance needs, Ted Ferry's office is the place to go!
We recently switched to State Farm and called Ted Ferry because we knew he did a lot for our community and that is important to us. So far we are very happy with Ted and his team. This office lives up to State Farm’s desire of being a good neighbor! They really do care about their customers and the community they live in. It’s always good to know that when I call I’m talking to someone who lives locally and not an 800 number in another State.
