After canceling my membership fully with no amount due in my account, their systems "glitched" and stole $20 from my card on the day that fees are due. I contacted customer service and they wanted to give me $20 in credit to use at their stores but I of course said no. Then they said they couldn't find any history of that transaction

Great tanning salon. Yes, you may pay more than other salons, but it's worth every penny. Quality beds that are well maintained, clean and stylish salon, and by far the best customer service around.
Always super kind and caring. The workers are very informative of how the process works and don't mind repeating themselves if it's confusing. However they don't tell you if there is a sale or discount going on. You have to bring it up to them.
