This location has a very large number of beds in it which means I am never waiting which works well with my time crunch I'm on during lunch. The girls up front are always smiling and greeting me at the door making me feel welcome. Thank you Lancaster TR for the excellent service!
Just got my membership and the lady was so helpful and so nice ?
The girls at this location always seem stuck up and upset that they are working.. I've yet to be greeted with a smile. Being from the mid west this Is awful customer service.
Great location, girl working up front was very helpful and walked me through the packages. I liked they they also offer teeth whitening home kits that work with mouth inserts. If you want a good tan and white teeth....haha...then they will hook you up.
horrible experience because i paid for a gold package and what i seemed to get was a silver no face lamp i tanned for 15 mins and didn't get hot once or break a sweat it sucked because i paid 15 dollars for tanning lotion package and didn't even get a tan with that because the bed i was in..
