Very tough to cancel your subscription. I called to cancel because I was moving. They told me it was canceled. A month later they charged me again. I called agian to cancle and they told me I have to email them to cancel my subscription. Still waiting for a confirmation that my membership is canceled. Very frustrating.

Staff is great but they won’t cancel your membership even if you email them more than 30 days in advance. I just saw another charge in my account. I will be disputing this charge for sure. Stay away from signing up for memberships

Clean, fast, efficient. The staff is always smiling. They are friendly and helpful. I was brand new and they got me set up and explained everything to me.

Love tanning here! Staff are always great at explaining each bed and warmth. I am always greeted and location is extremely clean. I always see staff busy cleaning and doing laundry. Come tan here!

Called for pricing (store on Market) and the only person working said they were new and didn't know then told me to call another location. I called a second store (store on Lancaster) but no one answered. I called a third store (store in West Salem) and was told each place is individually owned and operated so the prices are not the
Not bad, and most of the staff is really nice, but seriously they have to do something about bed 8. It is probably the worst bed I've been in and I'm a platinum member. Cracked lid, a bulb loose in the lid, and way too hot ( I couldn't do my full time). Otherwise, it's probably a good average place.

Friendly staff very helpful and knowledgeable! They're so nice and always ready and willing to answer my questions (even the really dumb ones!) Without making me feel like an idiot which is always appreciated.
I will remember to get the girls names when I review. It was a little difficult because i just got membership and i been going for less than two weeks and I think each time was someone new. They all very friendly, except for 1 I think she was hispanic only saying that because the other grls were caucasian or looked like they were. Th
