I was in a car accident in summer of 2020 and couldn't go tan. I had a week left that was already paid for. I called them and asked if I could save my paid time until I recover, and they said they would put a note on my account. I wasn't able to go back for a year, and they still gave me 4 free tans, and that is awesome.
