In a word - AWESOME. In my opinion these guys have the best roofing company in Oregon. They are professional - they provide a clear bid, arrive when scheduled, complete the job professionally, and completely clean up when finished. I'm a general contractor and I hired these folks to put the roof on my own house if that says anything.
Good so far
I believe in humanity again. An amazing man named Eli who works for this company found my purse on hwy 99 today. The receptionist named Shannon helped him locate my bank and then contact me. I had a lot of cash in my wallet to pay for my golden retrievers surgery today and was devoststed it was gone. Not only did Eli find my wallet,
They installed new roof for me and they left garbage on the ground and nails in the driveway . Nails in the yard that they came back out and picked up after I complained. I’m still picking up nails In my shoes and yard though . I had to get a tetanus shot because of it. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Very professional, organized, great crew and a brand new roof that doesn't leak.
Thank you for a job well done! All of their employees I was in contact with were professional and and asset to the company. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
We had a leaky roof recently. Stutzman & Kropf came out the same day we called to inspect the issue and were able to have someone come within 2 business days to fix the issue (just a minor repair was needed). It was so reassuring to have them come the same day as were we in panic-mode. They told us our roof looked great and didn't ne
I am so appreciative of this company being able to manage all aspects of decision making and honest scheduling from a distance. I was unable to be on sight when the job was completed. But their work was right on target. Such a joy to have a company that are good communicators!! I am very happy.
They charged me for a service call and did nothing to correct the problem. The service tech was not very professional. I would not recommend them.
From our first contact with the office staff, they were accommodating and friendly. Roofers were here on time and were careful not to disturb our TV antenna. Clean up was very thorough. While I am not able to climb up on the roof to inspect the job, it certainly looks wonderful from the ground! The entire crew was very considerate and professional.
The company had been recommended to me by two friends who had used them. They were exceptional. They communicated well what needed to be done and why. Unfortunately, the people who had put on the original roof did not do a professional job. I highly recommend Stutzman and Kropf.
Stutzman and Kropf replaced my residential roof in one day. The roofers showed up on time and worked quickly, and were respectful to my property. The communication before and after was great. The cost was the same as the estimate. I highly recommend this company.
I have used this company on two large residential roofs requiring complete re-roofing, one house requiring siding replacement, two metal barn roofs (one needing powerwashing and roof coating application) and the other being a rusty metal roof with popping screws that required seam prep work and replacement of old fiberglass panels be
They were attentive to detail and efficient, as well as respectful and friendly.
I hired Stutzman & Kropf to remove a tile roof from my older home and replace it with a new composition roof. I have never seen such awesome teamwork. Genaro and his crew stuck it out for 12 hours straight and finished the entire project. His crew worked in such great harmony together! I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a roof. It all started with Dennis the estimator, he was honest and quite pleasant from start to finish.
We have used this company several times and have always been more than satisfied with their service. Everyone from their sales staff, office staff and installers are wonderful to work with. Very professional.
Asked for bid to reside our manufactured home our calls were returned promptly, the bid was thorough and offered several options at different prices and products. Said the job would take four days, it took four days. Finished price was exactly what was bid. Crew was professional and very helpful. Had a problem with a section of th

S&K put on our last roof 22+ years ago with courtesy and professionalism. It's why we went back, and it's why we recommend them to anyone who asks.
