The team at Stutzman and Kropf are incredible! Showed up fully prepared and organized the very knowledgeable team and their operations manager, Courtney, is extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process so seamless. There’s nothing they can’t do. The cost was comparable to other companies, but their follow-through and their att
We requested information on roofing from Stutzman and Kropf due to the many favorable reviews found on google. Every phone call was handled professionally and every timeline was efficiently met! The workers were very personable and a pleasure to work with. We have had many compliments on our roof and they even come to clean it and
Stutzman and Kropf did an excellent job reroofing my garage. The colorway my house's roof had no longer was being made, yet they were able to match the garage roof to it almost exactly. I also used their services to replace my garage's shake siding and replace a window. Very happy with the result, highly recommended!
Stutzman and Kropf were able to put me on the calendar right before rainy season on late notice, they sent a very capable, courteous, and efficient crew, and pricing was very competitive. My experience with them is probably the best I've ever had with a contractor. I highly recommend
Not only did Stutzman and Kropf get me on the calendar right before rainy season on late notice, they sent a very capable, courteous, and efficient crew. Pricing was very competitive. My experience with them is probably the best I've ever had with a contractor. I highly recommend.
Stutzman and Kropf went above and beyond when we called them out to do a roof cleaning for us. The two technicians that came spent all day meticulously removing years worth of moss growth, at the end we almost couldn't believe it was the same roof! We also called Stutzman and Kropf after a bad ice storm put some holes in the roof, th
Had a big and complex residential roofing project and tight timeline. Kerry gave an expert solution/timely and well priced quote. R.M. and his crew did an amazing job on the roof - great quality and kind/neat/courteous crew. R.M. has worked for Stutzman for over 20 years and they have a gem with him! Left the property spotless. Do not waste your time using any other roofing or siding contractor other than Stutzman and Kropf Contractors. I had a leak coming from my dormer window area on my roof. I had 3 different contracting companies try to repair the water leak, and not one contracting company could identify and fix the leak. I finally contacted Stutzman a
While I didn't ultimately choose to go with Stutzman and Kropf for my roofing project as their final price was just a tad bit higher than the company I ended up going with, I found the process of getting a free estimate with them to be very smooth and pleasant. Brett Rossback came out to our house the same day I called to check out t
I am so happy with my roof replacement, and they were able to handle our siding issues as well, which most companies wouldn't. They worked so fast, spotted and replaced dry rot, and the cleanup was superb. I'm very happy, the crew was a delight, and they were very respectful of my space and my dog who was not exactly pleased with the
We developed a small roof leak and I called a friend who was a roofer. He informed me he was getting out of the business but recommended Stutzman and Krupf. I knew the Stutzman & Kropf families had good reputations in the area but I was not familiar with the business. I called them and within two days they were on site and made the repair. The cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company!
Had a small siding project. They were able to give a reasonable quote, and schedule the work. The actual work only took a few days and I love the results. Thank you so much! ?
I think it was Bruce who gave me estimate on replacing my roof years ago. I had vertical lap siding at the time then at the top (side of the house) was horizontal. he said they could go over it with the Hardi plank. They subcontracted with someone else and I came home to find the top removed. he said he couldn't go over it (which roo
Wildly incompetent workers. Had them replace a skylight and afterwards I noticed daylight coming through the edge. They came back to fix, nailed some trim and there was still a draft coming out. Had another roofer come out and found they installed the wrong mounting type. Now I have to pay to have it replaced again. Save yoursel
Great service, they guarantee their work.
Have hired them for several jobs and they have done great work. There was a bit of a hiccup with one of the last jobs, but after expressing our concerns they made it right. I would recommend them to anyone without reservations. Will definitely be reaching out to them for any future projects we need done.
EDIT - had some initial issues but they are now working to fix. Anticipate a good resolution and will be leaving an updated positive review as able.
Awful experience. We hired them to do our roof and I have no complaints. A few years passed and we had them do some siding work and redo some columns on our front porch. The siding went well but columns looked terrible. We asked them to come look at it and were totally gaslighted. They said there were no gaps and quality was up to pa
Excellent experience from start to finish. Highly competitive pricing and even better customer service. The install crew (Tanner as lead) were incredibly professional, efficient, safe, and friendly. The results certainly show the care they have for their work. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service, fair price, better solutions than the other companies that quoted us. Crew was on time both days, very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves each day as well. We have been recommending to several neighbors.
