Stratum installed 17 piers at my home. That part of the work was done without any problems. There were on time, left the space clean, everything as promised. The only thing that would had made their service 5 starts is the plant treatment. Even though they let you know that they will try to save your plants, they don't do a very good job at it. They literally just take them out, if they have to cut the roots to make their job easier and faster they will do it. There is no effort in actually doing something to save them. I had to put them in buckets, put dirt on them as they take them out with no dirt at all. 100% of the plants they replanted have or are in the process of dying, and I have been watering them daily. I think they should offer some kind of service where they actually try to save your plants.
