Southernwind designed and started the installation of our new pool in the summer of 2022. The project was extensive since we had a new build with water features and a covered patio. Our designer, Rane presented us with a beautiful design which we made only minimal changes to. He is a great designer and very easy to work with. Rane is personable and was attentive to our needs. When he presented our new design, we could not believe it was our backyard! The end result came out exactly as presented and we are very happy with the creativity he brought throughout the design process! The foreman for our project was JT. We can’t say enough great things about this young man! He is an absolute joy to work with. JT was on top of everything and we were very happy with how he handled all the issues and steps that needed to be done. We did have a few issues with the subcontractors but overall had a good experience with everyone at Southernwind Pools. It did seem like a longer project but as long as you set your mind on a longer completion timeframe, you won’t be as anxious to get it completed. There was some issues that arose throughout the duration but was expected, with a project of this size. We highly recommend Southernwind Pools! No, the process won’t be perfect but they are a company that delivers, with integrity and honest practices and at the end of the day, that’s what really matters. We absolutely love our new outdoor living space!

I built a pool with Southernwind Pools in 2019. I really liked the design that Adam Johnson came up with to maximize the space in my small backyard. He's definitely an asset to their team. There were some construction/timing challenges that we worked through with John/Charlie and I was ultimately very happy with my pool and my new back yard. In 2020, the coping starting to disintegrate due to some issues with their limestone supplier and Chad/Charlie replaced all of the coping around my pool and made it right - I really appreciated that.. it could have been a lot more of a headache. In the years that they've serviced my pool since, their team has been great. I really like Larry and his service team. I've had a few issues and they've always been very responsive and their prices seem fair compared to some of their competitors. Jesse and the technicians that have been out to my property to conduct ongoing maintenance and filter cleans have been great too. During the most recent freeze in Dallas, John, the owner, called me to tell me that the freeze guard on my system might not be on.. they were proactively checking systems that they service. Fortunately, the system was on and working well, but there was some trouble with the wifi connection. I really appreciated his phone call. It was above/beyond my expectations.
