I recently had the composite shingle roofs on several structures on my property damaged during a hail storm. I spoke to Brad McLain regarding the damages and he worked very closely with my insurance company to ensure the damages were covered and I was fairly compensated for all damages incurred. My property is approximately 2 hours from their office in McKinney. Brad initially made a trip on his own to inspect the roof(s) for damage. He then provided a detailed report of all of the damages to me. After I filed a claim with my insurance company, he made another trip to meet with the adjuster. Once everything was approved and settled with insurance Brad scheduled a date and, once again, came to my property with a large crew and hammered (pun intended) out the job in one day. This involved tearing off the old roof, replacing sections of decking with water damage, replacing the roofs on all 4 structures, including the dwelling and fully cleaning up. I thought for sure I would be cleaning up nails and other pieces of scrap material for months, however, they did such a thorough job cleaning after spending the entire day on the roof, I only found a few pieces of materials the next day and that was it. The roof transformed the appearance of my property and am certain will last for many years to come.
