The ladies are very welcoming, very kind, and just sweet, My 1st day felt like I had been going there for years because they were so kind and welcoming. I highly suggest if you're over 50 to come and just have fun.

I'm probably a little biased about this place because I teach Tai Chi here. If you join the "club", the classes are free! "A club for kids over 50!" Come play!
