Saltville Grotto & Spa

Came for the salt cave which was an experience. I was most impressed with the customer service! The lady who showed us the space was wonderful explained everything throughly. I believe her name was Barbara, (I feel horrible. I forgot her name) but she was excellent! I bought some sage, which has been great for cleaning the air & refreshing my home, and I will be back for a foot or hand massage!

Awesome experience! I purchased extra salt package and had a wonderful time! breathing in the salted air did wonders for my sinuses and relaxing in the float pod was all that I imagined. Can't wait to visit again! Also, the pink haired manager is amazing! She was very pleasant and friendly! 😊

What an amazing experience at Saltville Grotto & Spa! I went there with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. Everyone so incredibly welcoming. We had a couples massage in the cave. It was so relaxing & we both felt a million miles away from our hectic busy lives. The massages were wonderful - just the right intensity for both of us & the hot rocks portion was my favorite. We'll definitely be going back.
