We were thrilled with the results we saw after working with Salsbury and Company during a critical phase of our company growth. They listened to our goals, and evaluated our efforts toward those. They created the most useful book in our studio—our policies and procedure handbook! This helps with onboarding of new team members—employees or contractors—and also provides us with proper steps to take action when HR related incidents arise. Though our business strategy work is complete, S&C now remains our outsourced HR dept and also our payroll dept, both of which were so valuable during the turbulent times during the pandemic.
