**Update: after posting my review. Rover Ranch reached out to me to refund the day that was missed. That is excellent business, in my opinion! Very clean facilities. Efficient check-in process. During inventory check they caught that I missed a day of food for our pup. So grateful for them catching this immediately. Our dog eats grain free, so I had to run out to the nearest pet store to get her food. The staff is very friendly and our dog appeared very happy in our daily emailed postcards (part of their add ons). However, they did miss a day, so we got 5 out of 6 daily updates. I called to tell them and they said they would adjust the bill. However, after checking out and reviewing the itemized receipt no deduction was taken. It would have been 5 stars if that didn't happen. However, yes, we will visit again! Thanks to everyone that took care of our pup! We had peace of mind during our vacation knowing she was in a safe place and getting lots of attention.
