We moved to Colorado area from the Midwest with two small children. Being long distance buyer is very tough in this very competitive market. Lynn helped us looking at the new built house, talking the salesperson, remote showing and negotiating price with the builder. Lynn is very professional throughout the whole process. She's very details oriented and kept us up to the tasks on what needs to be done. She explained everything very thoroughly, so we never felt like any information were left out.
