I had a little project that needed a metal roof. I was treated very professionally even though it was a small project. Quality of hands on work was great which is what was expected. What stood out to me was the job the sales person Tristen Holcomb did. His communication was wonderful. He gave me a quote quick and in a very straight forward manner. After I agreed to the job, he answered everything in a timely concise manner. When you live a busy life, you want quality work and reliable responsive communication from a contractor. We had a leak in our roof that was leaking into one of the bedrooms. We noticed the leak after a storm but did not call anyone right away. We called Ridgeline Roofing and Restoration and Tristan Holcomb came out to give us an estimate on replacing our roof. He looked at the roof and gave us an estimate to replace it. Although we were only getting estimates at the time, he advised us that a few shjngles had come loose in the area where we were experiencing the leak and he volunteered to tack them back down for us.
