I just wanted to thank you again for all you did in coordinating the service required on my 23B.
I can certainly attest to the fact that Jayco does indeed stand behind their product. I can also state that Ricks RV goes to bat for their customers. I am very glad that I didn't try to save a few bucks buying a lesser brand or from an "internet dealer". It is fortunate that Ricks RV and Jayco stand behind their product and take care of their customers. We are looking forward to another camping season in our Jayco RV from Ricks and will continue to recommend Jayco and Rick' RV with high regard. You guys run a first rate operation!!
