Where else Would You Go?
I don't know how to give any better review than I have previously done or seen! We had had odd issues with our Starcraft, but when it is one of the biggest TT Starcraft makes, loaded with all the amenities, you are going to see issues come up. Every time Rick's employees take that big pain the the you-know-what, and turns it into something less than an inconvenience. They always work with me, have constructive suggestions, stay in touch about the latest development, and always have me leaving like my best friend just took care of me. Costs are always reasonable, and most of the time the work is done under the extended warranty (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WHEN BUYING A BIG RV!). i guess my only complaint is that there is nothing to complain about!!
