Tree Branch Fell on Our Camper
Well the worst feeling ever we went out to check on our camper in February and found that mother nature had dropped a large branch on to the top of our 2015 Jayco Camper Well now what ! **** we called and talked to Paul at Ricks and from there on things just got better, he said it happens and not to worry that their service department will take care of everything and the camper would be good as new when they were done Easy to say but we were very worried we have waited long time to buy our camper and we absolutely love it so it was like part of the family being hurt We made an appointment and they had us bring it in right away to minimize any more damage That is when i first meet Ken He was the service advisor that took care of everything he worked with our insurance company and had his service tech Tom repair our camper we felt better just knowing that they cared as much about everything being done right as we did Needless to say but as expected we picked our Camper and everything is perfect 100 percent Happy and satisfied now we can tell everyone that not only is Ricks the place to buy a camper or truck cap from but they also have a GREAT Service department to take care of your purchase Thanks Ken Tom And Marty THANK YOU A+++++
