Slide out Repair
Thursday 8/2 we went to make sure camper was working and to pack it for vacation. We had picked it up from service two weeks prior for an exhaust fan in the kitchen and was first time out after that. Kitchen slide would not go out. We panicked as we were leaving 8/3 to go 8 hours away. Nick came out on Friday 8/3 to pick up our camper and take it back for quick service so we would be able to still go on vacation later that night. When they did the fan a cord got pinched when pulling it back in and cut the cord therefore slide would not work on one side. That friday Nick picked up at 11:30am and they had it fixed by 3pm and we came up to pick it up. Nick is Sales and went out of his way to make sure we were serviced quickly since my husband was at work and could not bring it up. Thank you so much everyone is always great but Nick did not have to do that that Friday we were very very grateful. Thanks
