Outstanding Service

In the past 4 years I have purchased 2 new Jayco Camp Trailers From Ricks RV. Both transactions went very well due to the skill and knowledge of the staff from the salesman to the sales manager. This past June we were at the NASCAR Race in Joliet during the 90mph storm on June 30th. We were unable to reach our camper in time to retract our awning and it was severely damaged. First thing we did on Monday was contact our insurance and of course Marty Svaboda in the service department at Ricks. When we informed the insurance company we were dealing with Ricks they immediately stated that everything would be fine and Ricks was very easy to deal with in these situations. After sending Marty and the insurance company some photos our claim was quickly approved. Marty had to order 2 shipments of parts. The first was delivered on time. Imagine that! The second was delivered on time. Wow! We brought our trailer in and it was fixed exactly on time as Marty said it would be and we picked it up exactly when he said we could. In todays crazy world of impersonal business it is very rare to deal with anyone in any business that actually does what they say they will when they say they will do it. I cannot recommend Ricks RV highly enough. These are great people. Looking forward to purchasing a 5th wheel in the next year or two from our salesman Nick "Robbie" Robertson. No sense going anywhere else except Ricks RV. Thanks again Marty great job!
